Why an out-front manifold?

• Making use of your existing factory reel, the simple out front AWS manifold, allows you to target air ahead of the knife greatly enhancing wind-reel effectiveness. (See illustration Below) There is no need to replace your factory reel with a complicated reel to gain the benefits of harvesting with air.

• In dry conditions, where excessive mechanical reel shatter loss is prevalent, the unique AWS mounts allow the mechanical reel to be raised out of the crop, independent of the AWS manifold, allowing the air to continue feeding the crop into the head.

• The AWS fan and drive system, in conjunction with our out front manifold, is designed to utilize the least amount of horsepower, while generating the required air volume, pressure and speed to effectively move crop from off the knife.
