AWS Air Manifolds

There is no need to replace your existing factory reel to gain the benefits of harvesting with air. AWS mounts bolt directly on to your existing reel arms. The simple out front AWS manifold locates nozzles between the reel fingers.

AWS Header Mounts

All AWS header mount fan kits feature our simple universal belt drive fan. Belts provide a simple efficient way of transferring power compared to other methods. Typical installation involves mounting a channel on the rear of the head that the fan bolts to and then running a short drive shaft with a power shaft to hook up to the right-hand side of the feeder house.

AWS Combine Mounts

In 1998 AWS set a new industry standard with the first ever combine mounted air reel fan. Driving the fan directly off the combine's primary countershaft is the most efficient way of powering the fan. This eliminates the power being transferred through the feeder house belt through the reverser gear case onto the header drive.

AWS for Drapers

AWS systems are available for draper heads up to 45'. Systems are designed specifically to work in conjunction with these heads. As with all AWS systems it is important for the head to work as it was designed to and the air reel to further increase it's efficiency. AWS mount arms allow for longer reel travel. Longer profile nozzles ensure proper placement of the air relative to the knife and draper.
