There is no need to replace your existing factory reel to gain the benefits of harvesting with air. AWS mounts bolt directly on to your existing reel arms. The simple out front AWS manifold locates nozzles between the reel fingers.

Making use of your existing factory reel, the AWS air manifold affects the crop ahead of the knife, greatly enhancing wind-reel effectiveness. This truly unique concept allows the manifold to be adjusted independent of the reel for a variety of crops. Once the manifold is set in position, relative to the reel position it then moves as one complete unit with the reel. In dry conditions, where excessive mechanical reel shatter loss is prevalent, the AWS mounts allow the finger reel to be raised out of the crop, allowing the air to continue feeding the crop into the head.

All continuous reel heads feature a 1-piece manifold. This ensures strength and integretity. Manifolds longer than 30" feature a cable support for further strength without increasing weight.

All split reel heads feature a 2 piece manifold that is supported with an additional mount arm in the center. They are joined together with a flexible coupler that allows for movement in the 2 individual reels.

Airflow direction and volume are easily adjusted from the cab on the go to maximize efficiency and performance.
